SUBMISSIONS OPENING SOON!

 TOUGH will reopen for general submissions on 1/15! If you haven't heard from us--that's me and Ted Flanagan-- and are waiting, you should hear from us before we reopen. Some fun and exciting stuff coming! Can't wait.
